Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute Co., Ltd. (XIHARI) was founded in 1958, which is one of the 156 key construction projects in the First Five-Year plan of China. XIHARI is an independent third-party laboratory and focuses on the type test, performance test, routine test, certificate test, arbitration inspection, quality appraisement, and metrological verification electrical equipment.After more than half a century of development, XIHARI has become a third-party technical service institution integrating standardization, testing, metrological verification, certification and technical research and consultation.
