XIHARI is one of the member laboratories of CHPTL in this application, and also serves as the secretariat of CHPTL.

XIHARI has been representing CHPTL in the daily activities of the STL Technical Committee for many years, including but not limited to participating in technical working groups, attending annual TC meetings, submitting technical proposals, and participating in international comparative technology activities.
