XlHARl was founded in 1958, which has a long history of more than 60 years. As an indepent third-party laboratory, XlHARl is able to provide testing and inspection services for AC and DC electrical equipment rated voltage up to 1100kV, including circuit breakers, switchgear,  GlS, transformers, instrument transformers, surge arresters, insulators, reactors, capacitors GCB, disconnectors, earthing switches, fuses, converter valves, renewable industry equipment, etc.

Measurement System

- Three sets of Data Acquisition/Transient Recorder.

- The configurations and performance parameters of each set :

24 acquisition channels with the maximum sampling rate of 1 MS/s；

24 transmission systems isolated by fiber-optic with bandwidth 20MHz(-3dB)；

8 high speed fiber-optic isolated digitizers with maximum sampling rate of 100 MS/s and bandwidth 25MHz(-3dB).

This test system is composed of new energy power electronics device test system, medium and high voltage products test system for flexible AC transmission line, low voltage power quality test system, and low voltage frequency converter test system. The tests can be performed as below:

- Photovoltaic inverter electrical performance test, up to1140V 1MW

- SVC, SVG electrical performance test, up to 35kV 20Mvar

- Low voltage SVC, SVG and power source products (UPS, DC power source) electrical performance test, up to 1140V 2MW

- Frequency converter products performance test, up to 1140V 500kW

Scope of metrological verification authorized by Shaanxi Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision: 9 categories of products; Scope of calibration authorized by CNAS: 44 categories of instruments; Scope of testing authorized by CANS: 93 categories of electrical products , related to 653 international standards or national standards.
